Sending, signing and downloading a contract, start to finish. You send it from the contract page, the couple signs on their phone in about two minutes, you countersign, and both of you get the completed PDF with its signing record. Every frame below is the screen the couple sees.
E-sign is switched on per company. Open the contract in Wedding EQ, fill it completely, then Create and "Send for signature". The couple gets the "ready to sign" email with their link, and the client line on the contract page shows the status, with a Copy link in case you want to send the link yourself.
Send refuses while any blank is left, and the Send panel names each leftover blank as a button that jumps to it. These are the fields it needs:

Each frame is the screen the couple sees, with a sample company and a sample couple. On your account they see your company name and your colours.
This Agreement is made between Northline Sound Co. ("Contractor") and Jordan Ellis ("Client," "you") for DJ/MC services at the Event on June 12, 2027 at The Grand Barn. It is effective on the date of the last signature below.
By signing, each party confirms it has read, understood, and agrees to this Agreement.
The parties may sign this Agreement electronically. An electronic signature, and an electronic copy of this Agreement, is as binding as an ink signature on paper.

Neither party may assign this Agreement without the other's written consent, except that Northline Sound Co. may assign a qualified substitute DJ under Sec. 1. Notices under this Agreement may be sent by email to the addresses on file.

The signing record attached to the signed copy (who signed, when, and from what device) is part of this Agreement's record.
The last page of every signed PDF is the Signing record. It lists who signed, their email, the IP address they signed from, the device, and the times. That is the evidence that makes the signature hold up.
The record also prints the file's SHA-256 fingerprint, so anyone holding the PDF can check that it has not been altered since it was sealed.
