Open your events with a signal, and the run of show keeps working in a dead-zone venue. Your changes save on the phone and sync when you are back online.
Go to your DJ page. It is titled Your events and lists the events assigned to you.
Each event card has its own line under it, such as "Up to date · saved offline (time)".
At the bottom, the Offline card says "Events in the next 14 days save to this phone automatically, and only download again when something changes." Press Save all now. The bar says "Saving..." and then shows the result.
The card also carries a tip: add this page to your Home Screen so your phone keeps these copies. In Safari on iPhone tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Look at the line under your event's card. Any of these means act:
From Your events, press Open timeline. In the header row, tap the small DJ flag button (it reads "DJ" for a DJ, "STAFF" for staff).
The timeline shows a badge: "You're offline. Keep working: everything saves on this device and syncs the moment you're back." If the run of show is drawn from the saved copy, an amber bar reads "Offline copy. Last updated (time). ..." Read the time. It tells you how old the copy is, so you never trust old cues by mistake.
The timeline syncs on its own and says "Back online. Your changes are synced". If the timeline changed elsewhere first (for example the couple edited it while you were offline), it tells you: "Back online. This planner changed elsewhere first, so the edits made offline could not be merged. Showing the latest." Check the moments you edited.
